It’s been a wild six months since I last posted a crossword. If I had to pick a highlight from that time, it would be knocking a big item off my bucket list: visiting the United Kingdom for the first time. Even though that trip was over four months ago, it left a lasting impression on me and I already feel a strong pull to go back. In fact, it made such an impact that today’s seed word is inspired by it. (How’s that for a segue?)

Today’s crossword is a 15x15 with standard symmetry. Honestly, I’ve been tinkering with new grids on and off for months, but nothing felt right. Everything I tried to make either fell flat or turned into a mess of a grid. Then, like a bolt of lightning, inspiration finally struck, resulting in the puzzle I’m posting today.
